The quote tool

The quote form takes gender, birth year, health self-assessment, tobacco status, coverage and term. These go to the carriers' quoting service and are not saved. No name, location, phone or email is required. The same request might be served from cache so the quoting system isn't called again.

Applying

Your answers prefill the carriers' application when you apply. You then follow their privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California agency (License 0B75129), administers the application.

The contact form

The contact form collects name, email, optional phone, your preferred reply method, a category and your message. We send it to the agency via email and use your email as the return address. We don't store the message, keep a log or run a database. A simple bot-check runs in your browser before sending.

Measurement

This site tracks views using a privacy-first system from this domain itself. No cookies or tracking IDs. Two octets of your IP address are hidden before logging. Referrer query strings are dropped. Logs expire in 90 days. Browsers with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control settings are excluded.

What we do not do

We don't sell information, enable trackers or run external analytics. Only the carriers' application platform (on the apply page) is third-party code, and it only loads if you go there.
